I boiled over cream for the FIFTH TIME. Lol it's turning into a joke with my co-workers. We got a new guy named Tom. It is interesting not being the noobie anymore. I'm realizing that I really know my way around our kitchen now. It's cool being able to help him and point him in the right direction. But then I boil cream over again, and I realize I still have a lot to learn. I got rave reviews on my mac and cheese the client asked for the recipe, my chef joking added, "be sure to boil over the cream." My first recipe request from a client! I have had friends ask for recipes before but no one paying for my food has. I think I will start a specific post to just add recipes too. Meanwhile enjoy the pics!
