Pig and Fish

Day 3: Friday September, 16th 2011
Today was a slow day for events but the next couples are busy so it was a big prep day today.  All we put out in the afternoon was white rice.  The rest was breakfast and cold-side crew.  We prepped some  cool stuff though.  Check it out.

OIL SPILLL

  • Not everything goes to plan in the kitchen.  We use salt to control oil that spilled on the ground.  It kinda like salting the roads when there is ice on the ground.  It doesn't really help with clean up, but it does keep people from falling all over the place.

So much risotto...
