Gimme that paper, and that bandaid.

Today flew by before I knew it, it was four o'clock.  I had forgotten my memory card in my computer so I took pictures with my phone.  They turned out ok, but I missed my camera.  I cut my finger cutting sweet potatoes.  SO many sweet potatoes!  Busy, busy this upcoming week, my boss didn't even pretend to try and give me 2 days off.  Gimme that paper...and that bandaid.

  •  These were my by Jon, he used the left over gouda to help it bind, it was bomb, like 20 people walked by and snagged a piece while I was cutting it.  I also made a Lager BBQ sauce that turned out pretty good.

Finished brisket Sonnie said it was too salty but the client said it was good so screw that.  I like it.
